Fruits are again beneficial when it comes to inflammation and cherries have been created to suit that purpose. So if you are a victim of chronic inflammation, you might consider having a lot of cherries. They are also very tasty. So you see with fruits it is not one benefit for each but it rains goodness with each one of them.
